I wanted to invite you to apply to this year's HTM Annual Leadership Exchange (HALE) forum (formerly know as the Manny Meeting). We are trying out a new format this year and, additionally, are soliciting your help in identifying new/emerging HTM leaders who would benefit from this unique experience.
This year's HALE is focused in helping the HTM field with succession planning. It is critical that emerging leaders are mentored by the more seasoned managers and given the opportunity for growth and training. AAMI is committed to fostering these professionals.
So here is how the HALE is going to work this year:
New/Emerging Leaders: To apply, please submit 1 or 2 work-related challenges you are facing, along with your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org. If selected to attend, all new/emerging leaders will be asked to come to the HALE prepared with a short PowerPoint describing their challenge(s) and any proposed solutions. After the presentation, the HTM senior leaders will mentor and provide suggestions on how to best solve the challenge.
Senior HTM Leaders: To apply, please submit a list of HTM-related topics where you feel you are a subject matter expert, along with your resume to email@example.com. In addition, please submit a short paragraph explaining why you would like to attend this year's HALE.
All applications are due by Thursday, March 25. Once notified of selection, registration is required to attend this event.
